I need help building a fast computer for computer animating...

I was thinking of getting a

CPU = Intel Core i7 975 Extreme Edition Quad-Core Socket LGA1366, 3.33Ghz, 6.4GT/s FSB, 8MB L3 Cache, 45nm

Graphic Card = ATI Fire Pro 8700 "workstation graphic card"

Hard drive = "Three" Seagate Barracuda LP (ST31500541AS) 5900.12 SATA 3GB/s 1500GB (1.5TB) 32MB Cache

Would this computer be capable enough to render 3D Movies fast? that I would make using maya2009... Would it be fast enough or I would have to wait a year to render 60min of animation?...
