CPU: Intel i5-4460 3.2 GHz
RAM: 2x 4Gb DDR3
SSD Samsung EVO 850 250GB
HDD Seagate Barracuda LP 1Tb
Graphics: Radeon R7 250
1 Optical DVD Recorder
1 WLAN Card
1 22" LCD Monitor
PC is on 24/7
and I occasionally play games like GTA 5

The best PSU on a budget for your build is the Seasonic S12II 430.

If you have a bit more cash, the EVGA 550 G2 is a worthwhile investment due to it's superior protection mechanisms.

If you value a quiet machine, and are willing to put some money down to get it, the Corsair RM550x is the way to go. The protection mechanisms are at least as good as the G2, and it's got slightly higher quality components as well.
The R7 250 is a very low power card, so i don't see any reason in getting a high wattage PSU.

Get any sort of 80+ 400+W psu that fits your budget. Try get it from a reputable brand too
