Hello,
I'm considring buying one of these but I can't choose, please help.

Corsair: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N4C44VN/
Samsung: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYFKX41/

Corsair
Optical Storage Read Speed 3000 MB/s
Optical Storage Write Speed 2400 MB/s

Samsung
Optical Storage Read Speed 3,200 MB/s
Optical Storage Write Speed 1,900 MB/s

They're nearly the same price but the Samsung one "Usually ships within 1 to 3 weeks."
So is it worth the wait?
I'm going to put 2 of the ones I choose in raid 0.
Thanks in advance!
P.S. I can only buy from Amazon and eBay because most websites don't ship to my country (Israel)

The Samsung ones are king of the hill right now. Please remember those specs they list are just the maximum peak speeds they get not the real world sustained speeds you'll encounter most of the time. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/samsung-960-evo-nvme-ssd-review,4802-4.html

Also at that storage size I'd recommend the MyDigitalSSD if keeping the price low but still getting a good product is your objective. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mydigitalssd-bpx-nvme-ssd,4780.html

So do you suggest getting the Samsung one and waiting weeks for it?

well if you want the best then yes. Though frankly you'll probably have a hard time telling the difference between any of the PCIx4 M.2 SSDs in day to day use unless you are planning on transferring huge files all day, every day..

oh Tom's did do a review of the Corsair (I thought they hadn't).
Looks like the price has come down since then so it's a realistic choice now.
