Hello guys recently I purchased a HP laptop (HP 15 BS180TX) running Windows 10 OS. I wanted my old laptops internal HDD 320GB (Seagate brand) to use as external hardisk. I purchased a External enclosure (Quantum zero usb 3.0 2.5" HDD/SSD external enclosure qz-hd02).
My old hard disk is unformatted and it's containing 4 drives. C drive is having windows 7 operating system. D drive is encrypted with bitlocker. E and F are empty.
I inserted the HDD in the enclosure and connected it to the laptop with USB 3.0. After connecting the windows changed the drive letters automatically for me and the all drives are shown and suddenly disappeared within a second. I tried various solutions by changing the power settings, uninstalling and installing the USB drivers and various solutions on internet but they didn't not work. Please help me.
