Question PLEASE help me figure out why my PC isnt performing.

Something is wrong with my PC and I cant figure it out.

Compared to very similar PC's, mine sucks. Same GPU and CPU can get 100+ fps on Apex legends with settings pretty high. I run everything on low or off and I can barely get 40 fps at times. Sometimes I go down to 25. Its completely unplayable.

I have an older build, latest thing I upgraded was my GPU.

CPU - AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+
GPU - XFX Radeon RX 580 8gb
PSU - Pretty old Corsair 750w
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
MOBO - ASRock ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+/AM3 AMD 990FX


I ran the Userbenchmarks and you can see something is wrong. Im like 1 percentile on everything.

Please help! If theres anything else I can do to help you get some more info just let me know!

Time to get off the slow FX platform.

Well I figured out what was probably my main issue. My CPU was cooking. The fan on my Cooler Master Evo 212 died. Temps were up in the 70s and apparently not ever supposed to go above 61. I have my case open with a Honeywell fan blowing into it and I have new results to show.
