Please help me find loud noise source!

My computer is making weird noises, after researching i thought i had found the culprit: my Power Supply, the fan appeared to not spin for a few minutes after booting up...

Long story short i thought it was the power supply, so i replaced the unit with a brand new one i still get the same issue.

I am pretty frustrated i do not know what could be the cause the slightest, in the video you can see the fans not spinning from my GPU but i believe my ASUS GTX1080 ti STRIX fans are designed not to spin all the time.

I would be unbelievable happy if you guys could help me discover whats wrong.

remove and reseat the GPU, make sure all power cables are firmly attached. fans are clear of obstructions. Is the noise you are hearing a coil whine or a grinding sound?

Definetly not coil whine, a loud grinding noise.

Cant be 100% for certain but it sounds like the bearings on the fans have gone bad. You will want to RMA the card or replace the fansink.
