Please Help Me Fix My Computer

I reset my computer ,then i started to think it was slow. So i stop the reset and now my computer just keep restarting . It has been 4 days! All my computer say is: 1.loading
2.welcome
3.Restarting PC. 64%
Don't turn off your computer.
This might take a while.
Your PC will restart several time.
4.Then the whole progress start
again.
note :my computer is window 10,is new,but i don't wanna tell my mom about this.so pls help me

1. There is nothing wrong with telling your parents about your PC problem. I am pretty sure they will not kill you
2. You are looking at a fresh re-install of Windows 10. Boot from your USB or DVD drive and re-install windows.
3. If you want to try to fix it, you can google "Windows 10 infinite restart loop" or "Windows 10 reboot loop". There are a lot of articles and videos about this bug. You are not the first one to run into this problem. Don't worry, you did not break your computer.
