Since I moved to Germany and I left my PC at home I will need to build a new PC.
I currently have ~600€ so this is the build I came up with:
CPU: Intel i5-4460 - 185€
Mobo: Asus H97-Plus - 94€
RAM: 8Gb(2x4GB) HyperX Savage 1600Mhz CL9 - 66€
Case: CoolerMaster N400 - 50€
Monitor: BenQ GL2460 - 130€
PSU: SeaSonic M12II-520 - 62€
*all prices are from Amazon since I'm planing to buy from there*

For Graphics card I'm going to use until my next salary or maybe even until AMD releases the new series of GPUs. Until then I will relay on the build-in iGPU of i5-4460. (I don't have much time to play games anyway). And for HDD I still have an old wd5000aaks-00v1a0 500GB one that will do the work for now.

So my questions are:
1. Is there a better motherboard around this price range, cause I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. This seem to be decent motherboard with all the features that I need but maybe I don't need all?! I'm not much of a mobo expert so maybe there is a cheaper mobo that will do the work or a better one?
2. Is there a point of going for 1866mhz RAM? It's just 2€ more expensive?
3. Is NZXT 210 Source Elite better case than N400 and is it worth the extra 10 bucks?
4. Can you recommend me a good PC store in Berlin/Germany or should I go with Amazon?

Thanks in advance!

600€ is a pretty decent budget...you can fit a good gpu in there.
