Please help me how do i know if my old fan is compatible with my new pc

I am new to fans. I have no idea how i know if my fan is good or not, if it goes in the motherboard, if it fits in my motherboard. etc. could you guys give me some info on them? im getting a new pc with these parts, i did not get them yet tho.

GPU- GTX 750ti SC
CPU- athlon x4 860k
RAM- single 1x8gb crucial ballistix
PSU- EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE, 600W
HDD- 500GB
MOBO- gigabyte a68h motherboard

The fan is that square thing. Will it fit in my new Mobo?

I'm going to say "No, it will not work" since it appears to be an Intel mount and not the clip system used by AMD.
On a different thought, why do you want to continue to use this CPU cooler and fan and not the stock cooler and fan that'll come with the AMD CPU?
