Please Help Me Identify This Server MOBO?

I received some computer parts from a friend & I'm trying to find out what they are.

I have tried the numbers on the stickers but no results..

What I do know is that it is older tech because there are some dates ranging from 1994 to 98 or 97.
it has some weird data plug on thats back but thats it for inputs

That is a Micronics D6-IN PCI/ISA System Board. Based on the Intel 440FX PCIset. Circa 1996, it is for a workstation.

The connector in second picture is a DIN port for an AT keyboard. The AT was the predecessor of the mini-DIN PS/2 port.
