Please help me I'm annyed

Yeah umm I bought a new mobo the Asus maximus vii hero but only the bottom black pci-e slot works also the mobos onboard hdmi doesn't work I've tried everything CMOS reset that holding the power button thing but in bios nothing is detected

you mention pci-e and hdmi so I will surmise your trying to get the video card to work.
have you set the bios video to not be the motherboard internal (Intel InTru™ 3D, Intel3D), but use the external one?

Why fight with it? Just RMA it.

I have tried setting main graphics to pci-e but on reset it switches back and in bios the card isn't detected I bought it off e-bay and the seller has 100% positive feedback he says that his Radeon worked fine in all slots when he tested it
