[SOLVED] Please help me!!! I'm looking for a network card for cat 6e ethernet cable.

I am looking for a network card for a CAT 6e ethernet cable. I have looked at a TP-Link TG-3468 network card but don't know that if it supports Cat 6e. If it doesn't then any other suggestion in the same budget range...
The CAT 6e is working on my HP i5-8250u (LAPTOP) but not my MSI B450 Tomahawk (PC) which has the Realtek 8111H...
I tried a Cat 5 but that also didn't worked on the PC but worked fine in my laptop.

anything will work, a Cat 6e end is just a RJ45 which is the same for any cat 5, cat5e, cat 6, cat 6e

First be sure you cable is not fake. It must be pure copper (no cca) and have wire size 22-24 (no flat or thin cable). The reason for my concern is there is no such thing as cat6e. Any company that would call it that does not know what they are doing or is being deceptive for a reason.

There is cat6 and cat6a.

Cat6a cable is used for 10gbit ports but also works in 1gbit. Normal cat6 cable is not any better than cat5e

Something is wrong with your Tomahawk motherboard or it’s a software issue

You have to be very careful when testing cables. Bad cables can work on some machines and not other. Some machine tolerate a out of spec cable more than others. A cable is much cheaper than a ethernet card. I would try a new cable before buying a new card. It is very very rare for a ethernet port to go bad but cables fail all the time.
