my computer takes much time to open folder and files

i suggest that delete all your cookies,and delete also the documents that is not important in your computer..n try to search for some info about your problem.. i hope i'll help.

I suggest you take a nap and you'll feel refreshed afterwards. Eating properly also helps.

As for the computer, defrag your hard drive.
