Question Please HELP me install "bequite Dark Rock TF" cooler, THANK YOU

Hopefully someone can just tell me what I'm doing wrong.. cos it's a simple cooler installation and I'm stuck at the very first part, i.e. installing the backplate to the motherboard.

The Problem:
I've install the backplate with 4x screws(M3x16) then placed 4x spacers(C-profile) hold the 4 screws. But the backplate is on very loose because there are ~3.0mm gap on each screws even after the spacers installed to hold the screws.

Once you place the spacer on the screw, the total gap between the screw head and the spacer is ~5.0mm.
But motherboard PCB and the backplate is ~1.0mm thick(each) so there's ~3.0mm gap even after the spacer is placed on the screw.

At the start I thought maybe it will tighten up once you install the 4x "Hexagonal nuts with sleeve" on top of the 4x spacers, but that's not the case. (because "Hexagonal nuts" will just sit on slightly above the spacers)
As far as I can tell, these parts can't be installed corrected.. because the bottom half(below the spacer) of the 4x screws(M3x16) need to be ~3.0mm shorter, OR the spacers(C-profile) need to be ~3.0mm thicker.

Hopefully someone with Dark Rock TF or other bequite cooler can give me some tips, thanks you.

I've checked installation guides on the net but they are all very old and using different backplate from older version so didn't help.
Backplate on mine looks similar to one used on Noctua NH-D14/D15:

Anyone? this is really pissing me off.. obviously I wanted to have the new Z490 system up and running last night but I can't even install the stupid backplate for the <Mod Edit> cooler.

I only bought this cooler but it was the best air cooler available locally for Sliger Cerberus X case. But now I'm thinking I'll just buy another Noctua NH-D15 cooler so I don't have to deal with this bs problem.. which means I'll have to buy new case and PSU.

Dirrerent looking backplate but should install just the same.

AI just tried to install the actual cooler to the backplate, to see if it can actually fit securely even with the loose backplate.

But as I mentioned two mounting screws(hexagonal nuts with sleeve & hexagonal nuts) doesn't sit securely at the hole for the 1151 socket on Intel mounting bracket even when they are installed tightly.

They are installed very tightly but still move around easily(and they are NOT suppose to) because they don't clip in the 1151 hole properly. You don't have bs issue like this with Noctua.

I sincerely hope people won't make the same mistake like I did and any buy Bequite! products.

I for one will never buy any product ever again, this is my first and also very last.
Overall quality of this particular Bequite! product(Dark Rock TF cooler) is absolutely horrendous.

• worst CPU cooler mounting system I've ever seen.
• very low quality components, especially compared to Noctua.
• non existing customer service. I've contacted Bequite! via email 3 times(2 weeks ago) and still have not received a single reply.

My 2 cent: Never buy any Bequite! product.
