Hello! I have a pc with this spec..
Gigabyte mobo H61M S2PV
Intel Dual core G2010 2.8Ghz
Transcend DDR3 2GB
500GB HDD
PSU 400W

I had installed Face wizard utility software to my pc which comes with my mobo utility DVD.I don't use this software before.I used it to change my boot screen with a different one. I loaded a jpeg photo to this software and after that I restarted my pc but I found nothing but a black screen with no BIOS no POST. My mobo is a dual bios board but it didn't even work. I opened my CMos battery and refixed it after five minutes. i also shorted my cmos jumper but nothing happened. My HDD Led which is in the front panel of my casing showed low HDD activity. the fans are working normally. could anyone please help me with this out ??? I will be greatful.

Given your situation and your name, I'm assuming that this machine was just bought off fresh and the only modification you've done is via the mobo battery, the BIOS splash screen picture swap and the CMOS jumper, to which I would suggest you contact the place from which you purchased your rig as it may very well need to be RMA'd.

Voiding warranty will be a costly endeavor if your sales rep is complacent or isn't understanding(or willing to listen to the issue).

You could try following this guide:
PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems!

but mind you this is to be done if and when your warranty is expired and/or you built the system in question. I am lead to believe an RMA is in order as your motherboard manual details on how to deal with a BIOS issue and all of which have been tried by you as mentioned in the OP.

You could also remove the ram and place it another one of your slots seeing how you have two DIMMS.

Might I ask where you currently are?
