Question Please help me recognise the defective component

Hello, I have a CX 450 PSU plugged to a AB350M GAMING-3 Motherboard. The problem is that I am getting 10V on the 12V+ rail. I recently got a replacement for the motherboard but I think Gigabyte's [censored] support gave me a really misused board. When I put pressure on the 24pin connector the BIOS starts showing me the correct voltage. So I suspect either the motherboard connector or PSU is faulty. But I am not able to identify. Is there any way? I do not have another PSU or motherboard to test.

Unplug the PSU completely. Find an (old) hard drive, and connect it to the PSU. Search "How to jump-start ATX PSU", and measure 12V rail on both 24-pin connector, and on spare hard-drive connector.

I read the manual and it says the12V+ is for the CPU. So it is not the 24 pin but the 8 pin connector which is faulty. I monitored voltages using HWinfo. The voltage dropped to 10V ONLY in game. While idle I get the correct voltages. Otherwise I did not find any other abnormalities.
