I just built a family member a new pc.
Specs: Asus P8Z68-LE Motherboard, Intel Core-I5 2400, 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz RAM, WD Caviar Black 1.5TB, etc... and Windows 7 64-bit OEM.
He has it setup with one admin account and 2 user accounts. When logging into his regular user (non-admin accounts) he see's a windows error notification screen that states "Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service, Please consult your system administrator." I checked Services.msc and The system even notification and it's set to Autorun on bootup. The system is about 3 weeks old and runs fine except for this annoying message that keeps popping up each time upon booting.
Any help is appreciated as I have already searched the web for answers and no solutions were helpful.
