Hello, I want renew my 8YO PC to play PUBG, GTA V, BF 1 and Skyrim but I almost don't know anything about PC parts and systems. Can you please help me?

My budget is $1000, I have a 250 GB Samsung SSD and Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler, I can use these if needed.

Thank you very much for your help.

Edit: No OC parts are needed, I don't know how to OC and I don't need it.

I'd suggest this if your SSD, cooler & case are salvageable

yeah well actually from when I made that build some prices changed.
the G1 1070 is actually a pretty good card and I'd prefer it over the EVGA
75$ for a S12G is ridiculous

as for cases it depends on what you're looking for. Il ike the Fractal Design Define series or the Thermaltake Suppressor.
the NXZT S340 is quite popular
so are the Corsair 200r/300r/400r
all quality cases imo
