I'm considering buying a high-end pc with the cost around 3300€-3400€. (RTX 4090 and 13700k included)
I'll be buying it from the company seen in the link, because in my country it's one of the most popular/loyal companies.

I need help to select the parts that You think would be the perfect match for each other.
The rule is not to get close to 3500€.

Here is the link: Here

You can change the language at top left corner.
Once you open the link scroll down, that's where the component selection part starts.

I think once you're done, the link won't save the selected parts, instead it'll just reset everything... The link that I posted did the same, those are not my selected parts.
Instead you can take a screenshot of this Imgur

Thank you in advance!

1000W PSU should be enough, even for some overclocking
You can go for a KF instead of a K CPU, there is no performance difference, only the K has built in graphics that you can use to boot case you don't have a GPU or it fails.
The CPU cooler should be good, but the better it is, the faster your CPU will be, especially if you plan to overclock.
32GB RAM is enough, you can easily upgrade if you need 64 for some reason.
Gen 4 SSD is a lot faster and 2TB is a really good amount of storage.

A reasonable build; you can buy as is.
Ignore the suggestions that you can save $25 or so by buying a F suffix version.
The integrated graphics is a life saver if you ever have graphics card issues.
Integrated graphics also gets you quick sync if that might be useful to you.

I am not enamored with aio coolers.
They do not last forever. In time the mechanical pump fails or gets clogged.
Or, air intrudes through the tubes requiring a replacement.
Think 5 years.
A top dual tower cooler like the Noctua nh-D15s will do the job equally well.
