Please help me trim the cost of this build

I'm looking to build a new PC primarily for gaming use. I would like to maintain the ability to run max settings on games for the time being at 1080p. Ideally I would like a rig that can last 4-5 years without needing a significant upgrade. I put together a list of all of the things that I want/need. I am a little ignorant on how much CPU I really need but I don't want to compromise GPU power very much. As I said, this will be 95% for gaming and I would prefer to reach sub $800 if possible. I would like to retain an SSD as the primary boot drive as well, so cutting this out isn't an option either. Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Drop the 212, don't need it. You can cut back in some other areas, that are not going to affect your gaming performance. For gaming, an i5 is still pretty good, and you could always drop in an i7 later, if really necessary.
