Question Please help me understand Afterburner readings

Having a 10 GB 3080 RXT in the year of our lord 2023, I've been paranoic about my VRAM, so i would like to start monitoring this more closely when gaming, specially when i saw AC valhalla and Hogwarts Legacy reach 9300 GB on ultra settings 1080p

Thing is...i'm not even sure if I understand this correctly, specially because i'm a noob.

Afterburner monitoring shows:
memory usage
memory usage / process
memory clock

Care to explain which one is the important one or the one i should be focusing on?
