Please help me with choosing a monitor

Hello there,

I currently debating on which monitor setup I should buy. I mostly use my PC for gaming and for watching (youtube)videos. I do have a gtx 970 g1 gaming from gigabyte so performance isn´t a factor. I am Thinking of the following set-ups:
one AOC q2963Pm;
three Acer V236HLbd(or any other decent 23 inch monitor);
one LG 25UM65-P and a Acer V236HLbd
I hope you can help me with my decision.

Ya, I have to agree - you're going to want to avoid the 3-monitor setup - the 970 is nowhere near enough to deal with such high res with high settings.

Thanks for the answer. So I should buy one 21:9 25 inch monitor and one 1080p 23 inch monitor?

Or just buy one monitor. Im gaming on a 25" 1080 monitor and its working just fine. I sit a little less than arms length from my screen and so anything much bigger would be bordering on too big.

The 21:9 screen is going to be too thin for gaming and a lot of games dont support that resolution anyway so youll be gaming with black bars.

I heard that the 21:9 actually let's you see more things at once because it is wider.
