Hello,
I would really appreciate your help with the needed PC parts. I am building my first PC and I am utterly lost. I only got this far thanks to my friend that knows little but more about PCs. The PC would need to be powerful enough for games like Assassin's Creed: Origins, AC: Syndicate, ARK Survival Evolved, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, ES: Online and so on together with being able to handle graphic programs including 3D. I currently have MSI Gt72 6qe laptop, Intel Core i7 -6820HK CPU, 16Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M and while it is doing quite fine there are some problems while playing (especially ARK and AC: Syndicate) and working on some 3D projects. So after deciding to upgrade to PC (the poor laptop is dying) I would also like to upgrade my gaming experience.

With the help of the friend and some of my own research I came up with 2 almost complete setups and one that has several different combinations of parts I am considering which I made without help. If nothing else the first two setups should be compatible and functional but I am not sure about the last one. So I would like to ask for a help with choosing the setup and parts or even suggesting some alternatives (bear in mid that in the country I am from some parts are not available so some suggestions may not be a possibility for me but I would still appreciate them).

What I am looking for in the setup:
Good for some more needy games and graphic programs, minimum of 2 HDD slots, minimum of 240GB SSD ( I would prefer more HDD space than SSD since SSDs are more expensive and I always run out of space due to the large space requirements some games need and I am fine with waiting longer for games to load, I would only need the SSD for the OS and some online games), 3TB HDD, 2 monitors. As for the price it is hard to tell since the parts here have different prices and because of the currency conversion but I am looking for something that costs between 1000 to 1500 euros.

I also found some pre-built setups and am considering them but I have no idea If they are approximately as good as the other setups for similar If not lower price. Plus all but one lack any HDD so that is another 90 euros for one.

Some additional help would also be appreciated with choosing the Monitor and Keyboard.

As for the keyboard I have no idea which keyboard to get. All I want from it is to be quiet and have backlights.

MONITORS

23"-25", probably IPS, Full HD, 1920×1080 px, 16:9, not curved frame, flicker-free, blue light filter ? ( Ialready have blue light filter glasses so not sure If I need the screen to have it as well), built-in speakers would be nice since I cannot use headphones for long and the speakers I have at home, while good, are massive and I do not have enough room for them to use them permanently.

(from the cheapest to the most expensive)

Samsung LED C24F396 23,5"
AOC 24G2U5 Gaming 24"
Dell P2419H Professional 23,8"

While I want to use two monitors right now I will be getting only 1 and for the second one I will be using my old LG FLATRON IPS225 which should be compatible (connects via HDMI). I will get the second one at the later date.

As I am mostly considering the AOC 24G2U5 Gaming 24" which has Freesync I guess it would be preferable to be able to use it which, If I am correct, I would need specific GPU.

OS

All the setups will also need OS. I will get either Windows 10 Home 64-bit or Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. I have Home right now so I am not sure If I need upgrade to Pro.
