Hey Everyone

So i finished building a new pc,

so i boot up with my SONY BRAVIA 46 LED EX-650 hooked up by HDMI, to my 660ti
and i go though the whole process of installing windows 8,
and all is fine and dandy,

however when i go to install my 660ti drivers (the latest ones) for win 8 from nvidia (after windows loads)
it asks me to restart ..

thats when the following problem begins...

the computer starts up, i see the asus bios splash screen, then i hear the graphics card spin into life with a beep, the windows 8 logo appears .....

then the TV shows NO SIGNAL (via hdmi) and nothing happens ???

any ideas why this is happening ? ?

please let me know what you think

i'd be forever great full

thank-you kindly

Try booting in safe mode (I assume win8 has one). If you can get into windows, uninstall the video card driver and boot in normal mode again. Afterwards, try reinstalling the video card drivers (download the latest from nvidia's website). I don't know if this would help but I think it's a good thing to try.
