Question Please help me with my low frames problem?

Hey guys, ok so I have a problem with low fps in games. So I have a game called phasmophobia and I get such low frames on the game. This pc I’m talking about isn’t mine, but for my relative. Anyways, I just upgraded MY own pc to a 3060, so I gave them my 1050 ti. (Keep in mind, when I used my 1050 ti, I had no problem running the game on max settings and it was very smooth) So I used to run the game very smooth on a 1050 ti and an AMD 5 2600x with no problems. With this pc, I have very low frames and I’m using a 1050 ti and an AMD 5 ryzen 5 5600x. So obviously way better. Nevertheless, very low frames. This pc also has 16 GB of ram and very solid HDD. Any help would be much appreciated!

i dunno but it could be the mobo is under-clocking the GPU cuz it doesn't support it???

Not sure if this will help but my mobo is x470 gaming plus max

Wait, are the drivers uptodate?
also try clean installing the drivers using DDU (display driver uninstaller)

What is DDU? I think my drivers are up to date though

DDU Uninstalls you display drivers and then reinstalls them. Clearing out failure logs and hopefully fixing most GPU related/driver related problems.

Start with getting the proper bios and mobo drivers....test.
Next step is to enable xmp/docp in the bios....test.
