I have thermaltake 120mm cooler
p180 Antec Case
Asus 650i board


IDLE


LOAD

Could u tell me my idle and load temp please? I am a newbie at this thing. I read the stickie, but I am still confused. Thanks alot.

I think that tempetures are very safe, 39 to 44 celsius. 44 celsius = 111 farenheit. If said more than 60 celsius = 140 farenheit that's dangerous, so is safe.

when expressing Idle & Load test results, it's also necessary to define the variables such as:

Tcase = Idle & Load
Tjunction = Idle & Load, Hottest Core

Ambient = Room Temp
Chipset = Model
C2D = Model
CPU Cooler = Model
Frequency = CPU Clock
Load = Test Program
Motherboard = Model
Vcore = CPU Voltage

Testing

Vcore = Manual
C1E / EIST = Disabled
CPU Fan = Manual, 100%
Computer Case Fans = Manual 100%
Primary Test = TAT @ 100% 10 Minutes
Alternate Test = Orthos @ P9 Small FFT’s 10 Minutes

Results

Tcase (Motherboard Utilities) = 30c Idle, 50c Load (SpeedFan: CPU or Temp X)
Tjunction (TAT) Hottest Core = 45c Idle, 65c Load (SpeedFan: Core 0 / Core 1)

Variables

Ambient = 22c
Chipset = 975X
C2D = E6600
CPU Cooler= AC Freezer 7 Pro
Frequency = 3.6 Ghz
Load = TAT @ 100% 10 minutes
Motherboard = Asus P5W DH
Vcore = 1.45

Hi and thank you for your replies.
those are the idle and load temp pictures. Is it possible to look at those pictures and know the variables? (Im sorry if this sound silly to you).



Ambient = 23c
Chipset = 650i SLI
C2D = E6600
CPU Cooler= Thermaltake CL-P0114 120mm CPU Cooler
Frequency = 3.0 Ghz
Load = TAT @ 100% 10 minutes --> I couldnt' start TAT. Google it and some people got similar error, but no solution yet, so I used ORTHOS to stress test.
Motherboard = ASUS P5N-E SLI
Vcore = 1.35

here is a new pix of orthos on p9 test.


These are the things I know. About Tcase and Tjunction. Which program do I use to get them? or It showed in Speedfan?.
