I've been having this issue when I'm playing any game, but it usually occurs more frequently the heavier the game is graphics-wise, I get random freezes that happen every 15-30 min(sometimes longer) and last about 1-3 seconds, It's getting really annoying and I haven't found a solution. I managed to record one of these ocasions while runing MSI Afterburner with HWInfo. The CSV file is a little messed up, but the micro-freeze happened at the end of the second recording. Here you go:
