Please tell me which of these motherboards would be the best choice?
I'm taking an i5 12400f processor with a future upgrade to something more serious.

MSI PRO B760-P DDR4 II
or
ASUS TUF GAMING B760M-E D4

I would also like to ask if it is possible to connect a liquid cooling pump to cpu_opt on this motherboard from asus, and on the motherboard from msi, connect the second fan of the tower cooler to the cpu_pump? Is there any significant difference between these two connectors?
This is important to me because first I want to install my existing cooler on two fans, and then replace it with a liquid cooling system.

Both board support 12th gen and 13th gen, so if your gonna upgrade to a 13th gen CPU both boards will be able to.
Here is a comparison between the two from versus.com Check it out for info on what board may be good for u
As for your cooling solution, I'm not much knowledgeable on that so ill leave it to somebody else to answer.

In addition to connecting cooling systems, I am primarily interested in the difference between the number of power phases of these motherboards (how significant this is when switching to a more powerful processor) and the quality of these motherboards. Asus has 10+1 power phases declared, and msi 12+1+1 , but I have not found anywhere information about which components these phases of nutrition are assembled from. Well, as it is, I fully know the characteristics of these motherboards, but I cannot make a final choice.

By the way, on the website versus.com there is no version of the motherboard from asus that I need. There's a plus version, not an E. For some reason, there is no E version on this site.
