Good morning, evening or even night!

I'm sorry to bother, but I'm a totally unexperienced person when it comes to anything regarding upgrading a computer and the bottlenecks that can occur.

Now, I have the following problem. My main game (Pubg), has the following minimun system requirements:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 / AMD FX-6300
    RAM: 8 GB RAM
    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB / AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB

My system's specs are the following:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8 GB RAM (DDR3); Sticks each 4GB; 2 max possible (according to CPU-Z)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
    Mainboard: ASUSTeK P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0

Sadly, I have no idea how upgrading any part of my computer would interact with the other parts of it. So, my questions are:

I only ever had slight, not really impactful, FPS Problems with Pubg, however lately it has been crashing alot randomly, without me doing anything to warrant it. I have literally only exited my inventory and afterwards it crashes. What could be the cause of it?

Assuming I have a budget of around 600€ to 800€, which parts of my computer should I upgrade, and which ones can I leave as they are? Can I simply get a better CPU and be done?

Are there any easy to understand (english) guides to get into PC-building yourself? The ones in my native language are usually not easy to understand.

Apart from everything, I wish everyone who reads this a nice day!

Here is a $550 build:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6 core 12 treaded CPU

Nzxt h500 case
Corsair c550 semi modular 550 watt power supply 80+ bronze efficient

You could use your current gtx 1060 6gb or upgrade for more money. This is 550 dollars.
