Hello. My windows 7 in dell laptop wont start up. In start up utility in maintenance i load defaults. After that windows wont start. What can i do and can i get my data from drive c? Please help

Need more info here, exactly what happens when you turn on the computer? Resetting the BIOS to defaults should not really cause any issues.

If you just want to get the data out, you can remove the drive from the laptop place it into an external drive enclosure and connect it to another computer. Your files would be in C:\Users\your-user-name.

First time i pressed f2 in maintenance in load defaults i accepted continue and after that whenever i turn laptop on it goes to windows 7 logo and start again from first dell logo

I mean it wont start up and every time it do like i restart the laptop

Go to the hard-drive options in the BIOS and change the mode from whatever it is to another one. If it's AHCI change it to ATA, if ATA, change it to AHCI, save settings and see if it works.
