So i recently got a new graphics card, put in it and it was working great! Great temps, great everything, but it was making a noise. So i opened the case and found the culprit which was a little piece of plastic, and fixed it. Put it back together and ban, doesn't turn the displays on and stops after about 10 seconds, then starts again perminately. I don't think it's the power supply or the graphics card because i've tried different graphics cards and the fans still come on.

Thank you in advance for all your replies.

I thought about this but i've tried multiple cards which kinda killed that solution for me, thanks though.

I'll try to reseat the gpu though i haven't bothered touching/upgrading it since i bought the machine. It was a thin 1 mm sized piece of plastic that looked like it got stuck on the fan during packing since there wasn't any plastic like it in the box.

Oh and on a side note, what should i look for if i snapped the video card slot? It looked relatively normal to me when i looked over it checking for residue to see if it got fried.

Update: Reseated the GPU, still nothing. One thing i did forget to ass was the power led + and - reset sw power sw and hdd led did come unplugged when i was attempting to take off the plastic previously. I replugged all of them back in to what i think was correct (i copied a model i found off of a website for my motherboard) could that also be the cause?

Edit: Things i've tried - Reseated the memory, gpu, graphics card.
Tried different cords for the monitor, still didn't help
Tried different GPUS, ram sticks, and monitors still didn't work...

I'm running ideas, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
