Please help me I have this laptop and it is Windows 10. I formatted it. when it comes to 64% It suddenly off because I lost current (black-out) then when I on it again it keeps on showing 64% then it restarted again it shows a pattern way. 64% then restarts 64% then restarts again. Please help me.

You need to start W10 installation from the beginning using option to delete all the partitions and format HDD.
