When loading my toshiba satellite pro c660-1lr it loads the warm up sign then goes blank when me and a mate went further looking We found out that it is not reacting / connecting to the HDD/SDD in the boot menu and me and my mate looked at the HDD part of the mainframe and it looks fine any clue how to fix it.

Can you connect the drive to a desktop and see if the drive works there?
It takes the same sata power and data connections as the desktop sized drives do.
