PLEASE HELP Me

I just started my first pc build and finished. At least I thought I went to plug it in and turn it on nothing happened I checked everything and all of it was fun but when I looked at the 20 +4 pin connector it wasn't in the whole way so I pressed in and it wouldntl go in the whole way so I look it up and couldn't find anything helpful I'm using a evga 700w power supply and my mother board is the b150 pro vd

make very sure you have it in right buit some are very hard to get to lock in. I always support the board from underneath when doing that so it doesnt flex the board.
