Please help me

I have a Intel i5-3330 3 GHz, 8 GB ram, window 10 64-bit and a Evga GTX 960 SC 4 Gb. The computer itself is pretty old (5years) For some reason my like fps (Dropped from ~230fps to ~70fps) went down while playing Counter Strike Global Offensive and i thought it was my GPU overheating and i put my fan up to 50% and cooled it down to 60-70 degrees. It still has problems and only running 70 fps. Do i need a new computer or something?

Could be a lot of things, PSU could be going, might need a system clean up, Virus, malware, junk in start up taking up DRAM

Might want to reseat the cpu cooler as well with fresh paste so that heat won't be an issue.
