why dont you go for the new series of CPU?

something that is 1600 Mhz as this should go slightly faster for 0.1 less $
other than that I would not go for am3+ but 2late
maybe 20$ more for cpu and get 6 core ?
Also consider getting some cooler from ~35$ range.

Edited your build, about 7 USD more. Can swap a cheaper board and possibly a higher cpu. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

Also mobo has a $20 rebate, so you'll save money. Can put that to a cpu cooler.
