You're playing both games online? If so try GTA offline and see if it lags.

Have you tried newest/past 2-3 nvidia drivers? What power supply do you have? What specific games are you seeing this in and are you running any other programs at the time (chrome, AIO software, kb/m software etc.)?

1- Monitor GPU (msi afterburner) and CPU temps (hwmonitor)
2- open task manager and look at what is hogging cpu / memory.
3- goto bleepingcomputer.com and scan with jrt => roguekiller => adwcleaner to rule out mlaware
4- Update your drivers

i have the latest nvidia driver
psu is 550W
i have problams in pubg,gta5
programs running:discord,steam

Can you take screenshot of your taskmanager after you start game? And describe the "LAG" in games if its not the network speed.
You mean you move the mouse and it takes some time to response or?

Open a command prompt on a client PC, via the Start Menu search for "cmd".
Type "ping -n 100 google.com
This will ping google.com 100 times. Substitute google.com with whatever address must be tested to.
Once the command has run, a summary will be presented indicating if loss occurred. This will test for ms response time, and at the end of the test it will tell you if there is any packet loss. Run this test a couple times try different addresses. Run is when you know you are experiencing lag. Don't run is while playing a game. Exit the game. Let me know what your results are.
