I overclocked my samsung monitor to 75hz from nvidia control panel, and I can use it in windows, but in games i can't see 75hz. All games are running on 60hz and not displaying 75hz, even it's not recognising it.

Tried other program for monitor oc (forgot the name), and it's displaying it in Windows and in games, but it has frame skipping (i don't have frame skipping with nvidia custom res).

Make and model of your monitor? I think it'd be a good idea to find the name of the app you used to overclock the monitor's refresh rate.

It's Samsung S22F350, 1080p60hz, it's new monitor (2016 model i think). The program i used was CRU

So you are trying to OC a monitor that is rated at 60Hz and wondering why it doesn't work in games but only in 2d/desktop? You do realise that's over 20% OC rate?

It's working when i put the game in windowed or borderless.

That's actually screen tearing, not frame skipping if that's gonna help 😀
