Hello guys! Long story short - I need your help.
So basically i got Annoying random restarts without no errors that i been trying to fix it for like past 5-6 months. Basically my system restarts randomly ONLY when i am playing something (Notice that, that it's not a PSU issue). When i built this system i bought a EVGA 500W PSU (I know this was not the best choice for the system i have), but i changed it because i thought this was the culprit for my restarts. So i bought a new Seasonic Focus Plus 550 Platinum and there was no restarts at first, but after few weeks the restart occurred (When i played PUBG). Second thing would be that i am pretty sure this is not about the overheating. Why? - When i am playing Assassin's Creed Origins The temps seems fine for a game like this and the system never restarted on this game. Most restarts are in League of legends, basically what i want to say that it doesn't make any sense if it would be a overheating issue why my system won't restart on AAA Intensive graphic's game like AC: O and it restarts on League (You know what i mean).

I did a RAM test and the test said that no errors where found.
Did a HDD test too, but no errors where found.

I'm starting to think it's not a hardware issue, but something is wrong with Windows or some software itself. All help are appreciated, please help me to diagnose what is causing those random restarts because they driving me crazy and i just can't aymore. Ask anything if you need me to provide or something. P.S All error i have in System Log is just that 404 Power kernel error where it says that the pc didn't cleanly shut down. This can be caused by a power loss etc..

PC Specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 MSI Armor OC 8GB
AMD Ryzen R5 1600
MSI B350M Gaming Pro
Seasonic Focus Plus 550 Platinum
7200 RPM 1TB HDD
Steelseries Siberia 150 Headset (Always Plugged in, in Front case panel. USB)

Much Thanks for Help!

Just to cut to the chase of it being Windows related, do you have a spare hard disk?
You could in theory just temporarily install windows 10 on that, a few games and see how it goes.
If it still crashes after a fresh windows 10 install, then it's got to be hardware.
If it doesn't then you know its windows 10

Installing the Program Right now, how much time i need to test it approximately?

Also download blue screen view and just after this restart open this program and check the last saved log. You have to look if it is always Karnel Error or something other as well. Have you seen any blue screen or something. It seems some kind of ram incompatibility or power plan issue.
Installed latest AMD chipset driver and power plan is Ryzen Balanced or not?
Is your ram at XMP profile? What ram speed you are using? is it in qvl?
What about overclock? is there any oc applied in your bios?

Give it around ~20min if it wont cause any restarts it mean its not PSU/High temperature problem.
You should also monitor a temperature(on the graph) while you doing the test.

Oh i forgot to tell about my RAM. It's Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHz 2x4GB Sticks. No i didn't oc'ed anything.

So i did the test and no Restarts Occurred. The test was 35 mins, CPU maximum peak was at 69 Celsius and dropped down to 68-67 and stayed there.

So your ram is in auto mode I think. Is it in their QVL list? What about the chipset driver and power plan?
Lastly share some crash logs.

Yes it is in their QVL list. Not quite sure about that chipset driver and what you exactly want to know about that power plan? EDIT: My power plan is set to Balanced If that's what you want to know .

What is the bios version? If it is really old then you may give it a try. There are few issues that can cause frequent restart,
1. Kernel level errors: This is most difficult to troubleshoot. There is a high chance it is related to bad vrms or the voltage regulators of the mobo. This type of errors will give you very less clue since it is difficult for windows to diagnose.
2. Driver conflict or diver instability: It may be due to outdated drivers or something similar,
3. Incompatibility with ram or instability of ram.
4. Improper CPU installation or more physical pressure of CPU cooler than acceptable limit on the IHS of the CPU.
Since you have not ocd anything so I have removed possibility of oc related instability.
To check one by one let the restart happen and after a restart collect the crash dump report and keep this in a folder and try to find if more than say 95% of those crash are related to kernel error or not. If so there is a high chance that the mobo is faulty.
1. Check all connections if it is properly fixed or not and ram sticks are fixed properly. If it is possible for you, update the bios to latest version.
2. Just install only important drivers and remove all crap software in the cd
3. Use updated driver and install the AMD chipset driver the latest one from AMD website.
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
4. If restarts then let it happen and keep a record of these crash and post it in this thread.

The bios version is 2.60 2017-04-28. According to MSI Site (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350M-GAMING-PRO) The newest version is 7A39v2G 2018-05-04. But i think i found my culprit that is causing the restarts, just need to make sure. If it is the issue for restarts then the plot twist is fucking hilarious, we trying to find the needle in a haystack, but the plot twist is that the needle isn't even there lol 😀. Basically i have two Refrigerators in my home and one of them is very old. So the old one is kinda on it's way out i think because i googled some time ago about them and they have the thing called compressors. So i saw that then those compressors are dying when they start's on the refrigerators (to freeze) they making some kind of buzzing sound and my old one is doing it it's starting like “Brump“ and keeps buzzing for like 1-5 mins. And i saw that when he's starting to do it i kinda hear that electricity goes from the wall and my speakers kinda starts crackling sound for like a second when the compressors starts on refrigerator. And today happened similar thing I played League and i kinda heard that refrigerator started to do that sound and the moment it started my lights were on and the light kinda started to glow/flashed a little bit and my pc completely froze, The HDD completely stopped, the light of HDD was not even on to show it's working and i had to force restart the PC through the button on the case. So what do you think could it be the issue? I think when the refrigerator starts it's kinda lowering my voltages through a wall to pc and when i playing something it means i need more power to power up the components i have so it's something like a short i think. What do you think?

A brownout is an intentional or unintentional drop in voltage in an electrical power supply system. Intentional brownouts are used for load reduction in an emergency.[1] The reduction lasts for minutes or hours, as opposed to short-term voltage sag (or dip). The term brownout comes from the dimming experienced by incandescent lighting when the voltage sags. A voltage reduction may be an effect of disruption of an electrical grid, or may occasionally be imposed in an effort to reduce load and prevent a power outage, known as a blackout. So i guess this is the problem for me yeah? If it is I need to get rid of that Refrigerator. It did that again - Started “Brump“ - the light flashed/dimmed for a second and it keeps buzzing.

if you still need a second fridge and are in the us look at your local power and gas web page for energy star rebates. may save you some cash on the new one. if you buy the new unit at lowes they take away the old one if not the copper in the fridge is worth some cash and there are people that take and hawl away your old junker.

nah, if i just know that the issue is because of that fridge i would dump him like right now haha 😀 But i need to make sure, need a strong answer could this be .

The more I am trying to find this annoying problem - the more I'm thinking that the fridge is a problem and like for real.... It can't be coincidence that when the compressor starts to freeze it i'm getting PC restarts and Freezes. Of course the restarts is happening very randomly sometimes when compressor starts PC works like a charm, second time it starts - PC Restarting... I heard some people reported similar issues, their monitors went black for like 5 - 10 seconds after compressors on fridge started.

OK this is simple. Buy a UPS and install it with your PC and test it. Or turn off the fridge for say 12 hrs and check if your pc is working properly or not. From those Kernel Errors you are talking about it seems it is the Power issue. Sudden dip in input power may cause PSU to provide inconsistent power to the components and cause freezing or restart. However that bios is very old, few months after the ryzen release. It will be better to update it if you know how to. But during bios update it is better to have a ups or if power goes out you may soft brick the mobo.
