[SOLVED] Please help me

I play roblox, never had problems with disconnecting bc of internet, but now I am. So I switched to Ethernet, and It still keeps giving me the error message that i disconnected due to internet connection, h e l p.

Windows 10
I got Xfinity internet
It aint roblox because noone else is having the problem except me

If u need more info, tell me, its currently almost 1am and I aint typing a whole essay to get my issue resolved.

Run the freeola line test (not speed test) and packetlosstest.com tests and post the results.

Do you have your own modem/router or use the comcast one?

I do not have my own modem or router, I am connected to the same one my family is.. Through ethernet.

Thank you. Looks like you don't have any packet loss so that's good.

Are you losing all ethernet connectivity or just roblox? And does switching to wireless solve this issue?

FIXED!!
It just went away randomly... Roblox, amirite? The issue was with roblox itself, not me, thats good to know.
