Please help mee

So I am us a strix z270e gaming motherboard. I am able to boot up to the bios menu and able to select what drive I want to boot but when I select the drive it just returns back to the bios. I am wondering if this is because I have no os and if this the case then how do I get it onto my hard drive.

Get a usb flash drive 4gb minimum, go to Microsoft media creation tool website. Download windows 10 media installer. Plug in usb into pc before boot and follow directions
