Please help, my computer keeps acting up

Hi,this is my set up:

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

Video Card: Gtx 960 2gb overclocked

RAM: 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

Psu: Turbolink ATX - XG500W

My computer keeps shutting off when i load rust or Ark survival evolved. I was just wondering if any of you guys could tell me what i need to buy or do to fix this problem. if so please leave a comment. if anyone is confused i could probably make a video showing what it does.

Check your CPU and GPU temps, it could be an overheating issue.
