Please Help My Computer won't work.

I built a computer and it works for a day or two. Then I am gone for a week and I come back to it and it doesn't work. I power it up then all of a sudden it turns off then it turns back on, and besides the powering on manually part it repeats the process. It occasionally makes it to the windowsscreen where it says windows didn't start correctly and gives possible solutions none of which work. (I would prefer not to reset my PC)

Can you please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command?

If that doesn't help, instead of resetting your PC, you can Restore It to an Earlier Restore Point.
