Hey guys! I'm building my first computer and the one i'm currently using is a P4 3.2ghz with ATi 9200 AGP and 1.5 gig of ram. which i've used since 2004. and now it's time for an upgrade. Here is a list that I need your critique on. The one that is non-bold is what i've already purchased and the one bolded is what I'm planning on purchasing. I need you guys to see if the one in bold is a great choice or poor choice.

How's the vid card choice? keep this or get the sapphire ATi 4870
Is the ram good enough?
How's this motherboard?
What is your thought on this overall build?

thank you!

This is a copy and paste of a build I did on another thread. You can very easily over clock the vid card in this build and save yourself some money. This build is set up for you to add another gtx 260 for SLI in the future if you so choose not to mention it's also set up to over clock.
