[SOLVED] Please Help, New assembled desktop not booting

Hi Friends,
I just finished building my new PC . But it is not booting up. The RGB lights are glowing inside but system is not starting.
Could anyone please help me?

Details:
1.Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW case
2.AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
3. ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard
4.RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000)

a) I have tried re-connecting the case power LEDS , powers switch and RESET button
b) Reinserted the RAM
c) Checked the power supply. It is able to start my old PC.

I am unable to understand the issue.

Please give more information, does the psu start?if psu starts, does your screen lights up. Can you enter bios?

No, only the lights inside the motherboard light up. The CPU fan and system doesn't start. There is no display on the monitor.

Go through all that, and you will either have a working system, or identify the part that does not work.

Dear All,
I tried all the points but didn’t work. Then finally tried the bread boarding. It worked !

Will update once it works inside the case

Thank you so much. I am able to bloot my system now!

I am not sure what the problem was , probably motherboard was not properly set in the case.
