[SOLVED] Please help ! New build for a middle school kid

Hi,
My son (going to middle school) wants to build a new system by himself. He came out with the following components. I am absolutely clueless . I was wondering if anyone could comment/ suggest on the system. I will higly appreciate any help that can make things better and/or cheaper (This is upper limit of my budget). All cpu coolers these days tmk come with pre-applied thermal paste so no need to purchase any. btw I just noticed the WiFi adapter you have up above so I changed the motherboard in this build to one with built in WiFi 6.
