Will this build last about 2 years time for a web designer?

18.5 inch is quite a small monitor . Consider one larger IPS LCD which will have more accurate colors and better viewing angles .

Unless you are overclocking then use a 2500 , or preferably a 2600

Your RAM needs to be 1.5 volt [ or less]

you need a 500 watt psu

Z68 motherboards have a better feature set than H61 . If you can fit one in your budget then you probably should

seriously consider dropping the i5 2500K and get a i5 2400 instead. you won't be overclocking anyway.

and no offense to outlander, but don't worry about the motherboard as much as GET MORE RAM with any spare change. though the asrock z68 pro3 gen3 board is too reasonably priced here in the states to pass up. still get as much ram as you can. and it doesn't need to be great, even some average PNY 1333 CL9 is fine.

i have been there and done that when it comes to having photoshop going to manipulate images, edit HTML in dreamweaver, upload to a server and then view the results on chrome, firefox, IE8 and safari at the same time.

a little side advise. get a junk or reuse a old monitor. use the good one for photoshoping and HTML editing and have the other one with the web browsers in it. it will make finding any thing flonky on the web page if you can see the browser and source code at the same time.
