Just put a new PC together useing-
-Ryzen 5 1600
-ASUS B350 F Strix
-G Skill Ripjaws 16g 2666 (2x8)
-500g WD Blue Sata SSD
-Corsair CX650M
-ASUS 6g 1060 Dual Edition

Ever since the first day of this build i have been having issues, most of the time the PC freezes, monitor losses signal, and PC appears to be on but power button and reset buttons wont work. I have even had 1 BSOD when analyzed came back system service exception with "hardware.sys, or the PC will randomly restart. The first time this happened the PC boot looped a few times before going into the bios, but that hasnt happened since. Now on to what i have tried LOL its alot...-
-I have flashed to the latest version of the bios.
-I have enabled the DOCP profile on the ram, and turned it back off.
-I have replaced the motherboard with an ASUS X370 F Stirx.
-I have replaced the power supply with a Corsair TX850M.
-I have replaced the RAM with TeamGroup Dark Pro 16g 3200 (2x8).
-I added a Samsung 960evo M.2 SSD.
-I have updated my drivers.
-I always have CPUID HWmonitor running, and watch my temps which have been fine.
-Ran UserBenchmark, which does well other then it says my CPU is underperforming which could just be because it isnt overclocked.
These lock ups are random, I have had them happen while doing something as small as watching a Youtube vid, or right after wakeing the PC up from sleep mode. I have had it happen while playing games, not so demanding games either (Overwatch, and DoTA2). When the computer is running it runs perfect, but then out of nowhere a crash. I am stumped, I have never posted on a forum before but I dont know what to do... these PC parts are starting to add up not to mention the time installing them and the headache its giving me trying to figure it out. I was thinking maybe its the CPU which is what i am going to try next... but replacing these parts is getting me nowhere. At the moment i have everything running stock except the RAM is running DOCP 3200 14 14 14 31, changing that wont fix anything ive tried.
Please Help, I dont know what to do...

Also, I have a Corsair 400C case was thinking it might have something to do with the front panel USB or Audio ports? I havent tried anything with those yet. The game Overwatch seems to make it happen more frequent then anything else, the game isnt very demanding i get 150+ FPS (settings almost max) damn near sustained while playing, but it does seem to crash more frequent on this game.

Solution
OK I think you are using two monitoring software like Corsair link with HWinfo or similar. Run only single monitoring software in background and this will solve your issue. AISuite is also a monitoring software. But you can run any GPU oc software like Afterburner+ a hwinfo to monitor CPU usage etc. Try it and report.

This series of boards can not handle two or more program using sensors to report these data. So if you use HWmonitor then you can not use any other sw which collects similar info from mobo. Like the Aura has a smart lighting feature which changes with change of cpu temp: if you have activated this + using hwinfo to check other things you will get random freeze.

Don't run any of these two in background it will stop your hard freeze issue 100%. If you are not using aura with smart temp sense setting.
I have the same setup man and I have a gigantic thread on AMD forum where many experts there not able to solve this issue. I have troubleshooted for more than a month and discovered this simple thing resulting so much pain. This is I think related to the sensors used in this series of boards.

I exited both so far no issues, the first thing i usually do is start HWmonitor when turning on PC and AISuite starts auto. Im going to keep both closed next couple days and see what happens, i really appreciate it I hope that was the issue il post in few days with an update. LoL i was replacing parts thinking hardware defect somewhere, never would have thought this to be the problem.

Well its been a few days now with no crashes since I followed your instruction, just wanted to update this as solved and thank you again. I really appreciate your help, I would have never thought that was the problem. I would have ended up trying another CPU then another GPU (with the insane prices right now) and still would have had the issue. I am just glad the issue is now resolved and my new PC is running as it should, thanks to you.

O and it makes sense now why Overwatch made it crash more frequently, I was useing the in game HW monitoring on that as well all the while HWMonitor and AISuite ran in the background.

Glad to know it worked. I would suggest you to run any single hw monitoring software along with the GPU oc software and you will be fine. It took me months to identify this issue and surprisingly asus don't have any idea.
I would request you to open a ticket in Asus CS and tell them to improve their QAQC before manufacturing this type of stupid things. I have asked asus but they are kin to understand. So trying to make this big enough for asus to correct it with new bios update.
