PLEASE HELP. No games loading on pc

Hi guys, i have a serious problem. Literally none of my games are loading on my pc. With csgo, i double click it and it says preparing to launch, and never launches. It is in my tasks though saying its running. Another game is minecraft, it just keeps crashing on startup. Same thing with h1z1 king of the kill, says preparing to launch and never does. It seems my drivers are up to date as well. This is weird because this has never happened before and it literally was working fine about a week ago.

Update your...oh wait. Hrm. What're your computer specs? Full info, including RAM type, speed, amount including number of sticks and individual stick size, and manufacturer (Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1866 4x8GB, Kingston HyperX DDR4-3200 2x32GB, etc); GPU type, manufacturer, and specific model; full CPU model; full motherboard model; and full power supply model including wattage.

...Aaaaaand Amazon doesn't show the manufacturers of literally any parts of the computer. WTF Amazon?...

In fact when it comes to that computer no one does, wtf. I did manage to find some specs though:

Intel i5-7400 3.0GHz
8GB DDR4-2133 RAM (2x4GB)
AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB (appears to be actual AMD branded, I could be wrong though)
600W PSU, unknown manufacturer (probably in-house)

I posted a question on Wal-Mart's page for the comp as well as on the Amazon page. Hopefully someone has the full spec.

That being said, I see no reason why it should be doing that. Have you tried reinstalling Windows from scratch?

Found the problem, my drivers are screwed. I changed it to intergrated gpu and my games load again. Looks like i gotta get a new graphics card. I dont know why it does this though, the card is brand new.

If your drivers are screwed up, use DDU to remove them and reinstall them from scratch; also, check to make sure the GPU is properly seated in the PCIe slot.
