Please help!!!!!!! Not getting the full dedicated video memory

Hello everyone,
I am using Zotac GT 210 20314-1OL 1GB DDR3 Graphics Card. But its showing me only 512 mb of dedicated video memory in display settings. In there, its also showing total available video memory to be 4096mb, which is confusing as I am using a 1GB GPU.

my system specs - Amd Ryzen 5 1600
8GB ddr4 RAM 2400Mhz

gt 210 comes with only 512 MB , and the rest of the memory is the shared memory from RAM and CPU ...
